Church Hall

Facilities and Booking Information

The Church Hall is located next to the main Church on Downham Way.


It is a single large Hall, with a capacity for 120 people, and has a small kitchen, toilets and access to an enclosed outside grassed space. The Hall is fully accessible and has recently had an accessible toilet installed with baby changing facilities.


It is available for hire on Saturdays and Sundays for young childrens' parties, baptism celebrations, wedding receptions, anniversary celebrations. It may be available during the week for funeral receptions, business meetings, for example.


During school term-term the Hall is used by Witty Kiddies Pre-School (8.00 a.m. - 4.00 p.m.) and most evenings by the uniformed organisations. 


Availability

The Hall is available for hire between the following hours:

Saturdays: 10.00 a.m. - 9.00 p.m.

Sundays: 12 Noon - 6.00 p.m.

Please allow sufficient time to set up and clear up when booking the Hall.


Cost

The cost is £35.00 per hour plus a £35.00 per hour refundable deposit. This is refunded at the end of your let provided there has been no issues, damage or late running.
